Accent Expo

The show date does not move, and for three days your booth is your storefront.

A show date is the one deadline you cannot renegotiate, so hand it to the people who own the presses.

Accent Expo produces trade show and event displays for exhibitors, marketing teams, and agencies: booth wall graphics in fabric and rigid panels, retractable banner stands, step-and-repeat backdrops, printed table covers, overhead hanging signs, and turnkey show kits shipped to the venue. We are the Montreal plant, not a broker, so when the show floor opens your booth is ready, in both languages.

Frequently asked questions

Can you hit a hard show date?
A show date does not move, so we plan production backward from it. We are the Montreal plant and we own the presses, which means we control the timeline instead of routing your booth through a broker who cannot. Send us the show date early and we build the schedule around it; the earlier the approved files arrive, the more room the schedule has.
Should we buy reusable displays or one-time print?
For a company doing more than one show, reusable hardware pays off: buy the frame or the banner base once, then reprint only the graphic when the message changes. One-time print makes sense for a single event or a graphic that will never repeat. We help you split the two so most of your spend becomes a durable asset.
Do you ship the display to the venue?
Yes. We pack the display in labeled cases with setup guidance and ship it to the venue or your local team, on a schedule planned backward from the show date. For multi-show programs we version and ship each city as its date approaches.
Can we hang an overhead sign at our booth?
That depends on your venue's requirements. Height, hang points, weight limits, rigging method, and whether hanging is permitted at all vary by hall and by booth size, and they belong to the venue, not to us. Send us your venue and booth rules and we build the sign to fit inside them; the venue or its rigging contractor handles the actual hang.
Do you serve bilingual and Quebec shows?
Yes, and it is home turf. Montreal draws heavy convention traffic to the Palais des congres, and we produce here in Quebec-natural French, clean English, or both from one approved file. Exhibitors coming to a Montreal show and Quebec brands touring other cities both get output that reads right in each market.
